Borgo della Spiga is designed both for those who appreciate more sedentary holidays in the name of total relaxation and for those who love to discover places and experiences that are different every day.
It is located in the heart of the Marche countryside, a few kilometers from Cingoli , considered the " Balcony of the Marches ". The strategic location allows you to easily reach villages and ancient cities rich in history such as Jesi , Treia , Macerata , Urbino , places of worship and pilgrimage such as Loreto , but also the clear beaches of Portonovo or natural and uncontaminated sites such as the Frasassi Caves , the Conero Regional Park or the Sibillini Mountains.
A perfect combination of tradition and technological avant-garde
An ancient farmhouse now renovated and avant-garde , responding not only to market needs but also to those of the environment and safety, with architectural and technological solutions that respect the Planet (photovoltaic panels, rainwater collection tanks for 'irrigation, LED lighting, etc).
When Deborah and Andrea from Milan saw what would become Borgo della Spiga for the first time it was just a ruin but the energy they perceived was special. The architectural redevelopment lasted about 7 years.
Today it is their home and that of their cats but above all a welcoming place where guests can feel at home themsleves.
