Our LEMON TIRAMISU'... the recipe
Those who dined at the bistro tasted some sweets, one of the most appreciated was our fresh and greedy LEMON TIRAMISU'
Here's the recipe for you :-)
MASCARPONE CHEESE 250 g HEAVY CREAM 250 g SUGAR 100 g LEMON JUICE 2 lemons LEMON ZEST 2 lemons WATER 100 ml EGGS 3 SAVOYARD BISCUITS
Whisk in a blender the eggs with the sugar until they are light and fluffy. Reduce the mascarpone in cream, add the egg and sugar to this, always be careful to mix it gently and then the whipped cream. Add the lemon zest to the cream. Prepare the bath by mixing the lemon juice with water and a couple of teaspoons of sugar (optional). Now you are ready to assemble your lemon tiramisù, sprinkle some cream with biscuits and finish with … lemon peel or white chocolate chips or dehydrated coconut.
